For as long as they can remember, Chloe and Rhys have lead an active life, participating in numerous sports and carrying their passion of movement with them through life. This passion led them to build two gyms from the ground up with three ideas leading them..

StrengthCity's Journey: Pioneers in Strength Training

From owning a CrossFit gym in 2012 to relocating to the Sunshine Coast and establishing StrengthCity in 2015, Rhys and Chloe have continuously evolved their fitness journey. They transitioned from group training to semi-private strength coaching, bringing over 20 years of combined experience in the health and fitness industry to the forefront.

At StrengthCity, we're not just about lifting weights; we're about lifting lives. We firmly believe that strength is a universal asset, never a weakness. Our mission is to sculpt robust bodies, regardless of age, injuries, or limitations, and to unveil the incredible potential within each of our members.

Whether you are rehabilitating an injuries, peaking to step onto the platform, or are just getting started in strength training, you have everything you’ll need in the equipment, coaches and community.
