Whether you are new to strength training or are wanting to step onto the world of powerlifting , our coaches are here to help you find your potential and take you places physically and mentally you didn’t think were possible. We’re big believers in community – our members and our coaches. We’re pretty confident you’ll love our team as much as we do!

 

From tweaking your technique and building the foundations to crushing it on the platform, StrengthCity are your experts in strength, lifting and nutrition.

The gym floor is staffed during the following times:

Monday - 5am - 10am and 5pm - 7pm

Tuesday - 5am - 10am and 5pm - 7pm

Wednesday - Conditioning sessions - 5am, 830am, 530pm

Thursday - 5am - 10am and 5pm - 7pm

Friday - 5am - 10am and 5pm - 7pm

"Over the 12 months my deadlift went from 40kg to 97.5kg my back squat went from 30kg to 85kg and my bench went from 20kg to 50kg on a one rep max. Not only did I discover I could still lift I felt damn good about it and wasn’t getting injured. I now have goals I’m chasing and enjoy hustling my teenage boys that I can lift more than them!! Well for now anyway!!"
